I found a good accommodation option during a crowded event, with reasonable pricing and good quality. The hotel is located on the edge of town but still has easy access to transportation, as there is a tram stop nearby. The breakfast offered an extensive variety of choices and was quite enjoyable. Additionally, the staff was helpful and the room was nice and clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, but is an awkward distance from the city centre and rail station.

The internet access was via cable in the room and was very slow, no WiFi access anywhere in the hotel, in this day and age that is a major negative point. International travellers with smartphones and iPads need WiFi. Hopefully this will rectified in the near future.

We had a great time in this hotel during our city trip. The breakfast offered a lot of choices and the room was nice. We also appreciated the easy check-in process and the ample parking in front of the hotel.

We were not aware that the hotel was located next to a sports complex. Although it did not bother us too much, there were some students and coaches making a lot of noise in the early morning and late at night.

None of the staff spoke english so couldnt help us with directions on how to get out of the complex or onto a tram. The hotel is quite far out of Centrum (main square), about a 40 min walk but taxis are very cheap. All in all, a nice clean hotel but not an overly enjoyable staying experience due to location and lack of anything being in english (even the info booklets in the room were in polish, as were all tv channels).

During Christmas, I stayed in a hotel with a perfect location near the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the staff was attentive and polite. Additionally, they provided a shuttle bus to take us to the main tourist attractions.

The sound from nearby sports facilities can be heard loud and clear in the early hours of the morning, which may disturb light sleepers. Furthermore, there were no other meals offered besides breakfast. However, since the hotel is located near several restaurants in the city center, it wasn't a major issue.

We stayed during Euro 2012 and the staff were amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and patient with a large volume of Irish Fans during the tournament. Breakfast was a typical continental type buffet, which served its purpose. Dont be fooled by the susburban location on the map, the centre of town is minutes on a tram. Even less by taxi, which only cost 200zlt (€5).

There are no meals served after breakfast, however, the staff were willing to order in Pizza from local places if you get hungry. If you are in Bydgoszsc, the chances are you will be heading out in the Old Town anyway, which is really beautiful. Full of restaurants/bars and the food is great, it's not a major issue!

Located on the outskirts of the city, it is convenient to hop on a tram and explore. the hotel is nestled in a large sports complex and close to a tram stop for easy access. the rooms are comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms, providing guests with a relaxing stay. the hotel’s breakfast spread boasts of a range of options to choose from, ensuring a delightful start to the day.

Noise from the nearby sports complex might disturb guests from time to time.
